The Beginning

Welcome to X-Frame Muscle and Performance, an integrated approach to reaching your weightloss and fitness goals, as well as your bodybuilding, and figure competition goals. My name is Patt Porter, B.S. : personal trainer, competitive bodybuilder, body magician, and gym warrior. I use my technical knowledge and 20 years of gym experience to pound your body into its best shape ever! The training is hard, there is no short cuts, but in my programs the results are the transformation of your body allowing you to power your way through life! We'll get more specific into the training philosophies later, but basically we will do what works, while not being afraid to try innovative workouts and diet strategies.
